Sustainable Practices
Thanks to our fully vertically integrated production system, we control the entire manufacturing process, from fabric weaving and dyeing to final assembly. This control allows us to reduce waste, limit energy use, and streamline production to be more efficient and environmentally sound.
Our fabric mills in Comilla, Bangladesh features modern dyeing and coating machines, water purification systems, and closed-loop processes that minimize waste and chemical runoff that could affect the environment.
We also reduce material waste through careful pattern planning, internal product testing (for waterproofing, durability, and fire retardancy), and automation technologies that optimize output and minimize errors.
Long-Term Thinking
As a company committed to the outdoors, our products are designed to endure its challenges. By focusing on durability, functional quality, and timeless design, we extend the life cycle of our gear. This reduces unnecessary replacement and minimizes waste.
Our sleeping bags, tents, and backpacks undergo rigorous in-house testing from water repellency and tear strength to colorfastness, ensuring they’re built for long-term use in real-world conditions. The result: fewer returns, fewer throwaways, and a lower environmental impact.
